What is edge-to-edge quilting?
Edge-to-edge quilting consists of a single design that is stitched repeatedly over the entire quilt top. It is also referred to as an all-over design or pantograph.
The cost for edge-to-edge quilting depends on the chosen density and complexity of the pantograph design starting at 1.5 cents ($0.015) and goes up with increased density.
Example:
If your quilt top measures 60″ wide x 80″ long, 60×80 = 4,800 square inches.
1.5 cents per sq inch – Erin’s favorites: 4,800 x.015 = $72 http://www.vnr.wuv.mybluehost.me/erins_favorites/
1 3/4 cents per sq inch – LESS Dense: 4,800 x 0.0175 = $84
2 cents per sq inch – AVERAGE Density: 4,800 x 0.02 = $96
2 1/2 cents per sq inch – HIGH density: 4,800 x 0.025 = $120
There is a minimu $45 charge, usually smaller projects such as table runners, baby quilts, etc.
